The guest experience starts the second they see your listing. It’s crucial that they’re already in love with your space and your hosting style before they ever step through the threshold of your space.

One of the best ways I’ve found to set that tone from the very start off their experience is by emailing resources (like a custom guidebook) to my guests prior to their arrival. This also helps me to build a thriving email list of guests I’ve served and direct my guest to ways to stay connected long after their stay via newsletters and social media.
