Drumroll please…..we’ve made it to the FINAL STEP in connecting with potential partners!

You’ve decided what you want...you’ve shared your work on your social platforms and now it’s time to network with the right groups and people to make those connections

How Did it Go?

There are a couple ways things could have gone:  Maybe your social media posts led to some great connections.  That’s awesome!  Make plans to meet with each person and explore the possibility of working towards a successful AirBnB together!

Maybe your posts got lots of engagement and there was a lot of excitement about your work, but you haven’t seen a ton of potential partners come from that.  It’s ok...don’t be discouraged!  You never know what seeds have been planted and what will come from that post.  And you’ll continue to share your work as you begin to design and host AirBnBs, so you are BOUND to make some valuable connections.  Just keep repeating STEP TWO with each new space and only good things will come!

The Silver Loft. This bedroom was on the third floor…when you looked out the balcony, you were looking out above the treetops. It was so perfect.

This is CRUCIAL

This third step is crucial, no matter what came of your social share, friend. You will definitely want to connect with some local real estate investor groups and realtors to find valuable potential partners!

Ways to CONNECT

FIRST: Do a quick search on reia.org to see what groups are in your local area.  Once you find one that’s close by, you’ll want to reach out to them and share what you’re offering: plug and play design and hosting services...which will provide higher profits for real estate investors.  You’re in.  Be prepared, friend...you’ll likely find yourself sharing with a group of eager real estate investors who have been praying for exactly what you’re offering.  In my experience, real estate investors are so curious about AirBnB…but completely unsure about where to start.  And many of them do not do the design piece...and you do.  So you are EXACTLY what they’re looking for.  They also rarely want to be hands on with the hosting side of things, which you will also be offering.  Win-win.  This can only end well for you and them!

SECOND: Connect with local realtors.  They are a TREASURE TROVE.  Bonus points if they work with real estate investors, but it’s totally ok if they don’t.  Offer to buy a realtor a cup of coffee or lunch and pick their brain about who might be a good partner.  If they don’t work with real estate investors, they likely know who does.  They also may know of local homeowners who have a second home they are looking to make a profit on.  You are their answer.  They will be so excited to meet you and grateful for what you offer!  So what are you waiting for?  Find a realtor!

The EXACT Roadmap

Well, there you have it! If you’ve read all three of the posts in this series, you have the exact roadmap to finding potential partners in your AirBnB Design + Hosting business! Please share in the comments how this goes for you...I definitely want to hear your successes and struggles and any other ideas you might have!

If I can leave you with one thought

You TRULY are the answer to someone’s prayers.  They want desperately to find the most profitable way to share their property...and that’s what you offer.  A plug and play solution.  You will design their space to PERFECTION and then share it with the world at top dollar and their prayers and dreams will become reality.

You are the solution.  Go out and find them!  They’re waiting for you!

Cheering you on every step of the way-

Alicia
