Is it an AirBnB…or a Garden?

Hello there!  We’re in the Alamo Dwellings series around here!  I’m doing a blog post for each space I’ve designed and hosted and we’re four spaces in.  If you’d like to see the other spaces, you can click the links below:

This will be a quick post…because this is a teeny-tiny cute little space.  When I was working on the design for Alamo Dwellings Studio F, flowers were seriously speaking to me.  F for flowers!  So that’s just what happened…a cute little studio with enough flowers to fill a small garden!

KITCHEN AREA

When you walk through the front door, you step right into the eat-in kitchen area.  The kitchen is directly to your right and the bedroom area is right in front of you.  There’s a cute little bathroom with a walk-in closet to the right of the bedroom area.

The kitchen has a compact stove and a full size fridge. We were able to fit a cute dining area large enough for two (it’s to the far left in this picture). The cabinets have everything guests need to make a meal.

BEDROOM AREA

The bedroom area is complete with a queen size bed and a dresser.  We mounted a TV so our guests could easily watch their favorite shows and movies in the cozy bed.  The wall decor really drove home the pretty floral design theme and the throw pillows sealed the deal!

Looking for a GREAT, SIMPLE checklist to make sure you’ve got everything you need for your AirBnB? I’d love to share mine with you! I’ve designed and host 20+ short term rentals…and I have my system down to a science! Get a jumpstart with a great list….you can get it for FREE at the link below!

BATHROOM

The bathroom was complete with shower/tub combo and a walk-in closet. A few more floral touches and some luxurious towels and it was ready to go! I went with a really beautiful curtain to serve as the walk-in closet door.

AND THAT’S THE STUDIO!

I found the majority of the decor in this space at Home Goods, Target and Hobby Lobby.  This sweet little studio was super attractive to longer term tenants.  And it’s now on Furnished Finder where it performs very well!

We’ve got one more space in Alamo Dwellings! Next week, I’ll share all about Alamo Dwellings Unit H. There’s a surprising twist to that one…so you won’t want to miss it!

I’m curious..what do you think about this pretty, floral theme?

SIDE NOTE: Friend….I’m sure you can tell these images are not the greatest. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again…let this be an example to you of the power of professional photography. I’m not a photographer…and I wish so badly I had professional images of this space. It’s so important…make the investment! Totally worth it!
