STEP THREE: Finding Potential AirBnB Partners

WELL HELLO! So glad you’re here. We’re about mid-conversation on this post. You may want to read all about STEP ONE and STEP TWO and then come and join us for all the details on STEP THREE!

How Did it Go?

There are a couple ways things could have gone:  Maybe your social media posts led to some great connections.  That’s awesome!  Make plans to meet with each person and explore the possibility of working towards a successful AirBnB together!

Maybe your posts got lots of engagement and there was a lot of excitement about your work, but you haven’t seen a ton of potential partners come from that.  It’s ok...don’t be discouraged!  You never know what seeds have been planted and what will come from that post.  And you’ll continue to share your work as you begin to design and host AirBnBs, so you are BOUND to make some valuable connections.  Just keep repeating STEP TWO with each new space and only good things will come!

This is CRUCIAL

This third step is crucial, no matter what came of your social share, friend. You will definitely want to connect with some local real estate investor groups and realtors to find valuable potential partners!

SECOND: Connect with local realtors.  They are a TREASURE TROVE.  Bonus points if they work with real estate investors, but it’s totally ok if they don’t.  Offer to buy a realtor a cup of coffee or lunch and pick their brain about who might be a good partner.  If they don’t work with real estate investors, they likely know who does.  They also may know of local homeowners who have a second home they are looking to make a profit on.  You are their answer.  They will be so excited to meet you and grateful for what you offer!  So what are you waiting for?  Find a realtor!

The EXACT Roadmap

Well, there you have it! If you’ve read all three of the posts in this series, you have the exact roadmap to finding potential partners in your AirBnB Design + Hosting business! Please share in the comments how this goes for you...I definitely want to hear your successes and struggles and any other ideas you might have!
