How The Modern Vintage Loft was Born…

If you’re just joining us, WELCOME!  This is the third post in the spaces series.  If you’d like to see the first two posts, you can click below:

The Modern Southwest Place

The Modern Cozy Place

A QUICK NOTE: If you’re anything like me, learning and growing happens on the go: In between loading the dishwasher, folding laundry and driving to the next appointment. I took the time to create a video of this blog so you can listen on the go and pop in to see photos and resources in the blog post if reading something just doesn’t fit your life right now. I get it and I’m with you! Happy Wholehearted Hosting!

In this post, I’ll be sharing all about The Modern Vintage Place...the third and final unit in The Modern Marquette.  This small loft space was a treat to put together.  It quickly developed into a colorful, quirky, fun spot.  I found pieces that featured the local culture at Goodwill and some character pieces from my favorite indoor flea markets.  Let’s jump in!  I’ll show you all the fun little details!

A Couple Shout Outs!

And since we’re wrapping up our focus on Marquette, a couple shoutouts:  My dear friend Rosetta Ann did all the photography for these three spaces (and all of my spaces, for that matter).  If you’d like to see her work, you’ll find her HERE

If you’d like to check out my favorite flea markets, you can go HERE and HERE and HERE.

And while I don’t host The Modern Vintage Place anymore, it is hosted by a fellow Superhost and you can find it HERE.  I hope you enjoy your stay!

Next in the Spaces Series, we’ll dig into Nakomis Dwellings...a fourplex with amazing architectural features and each with a completely unique design. Can’t wait!
