I’ve designed and hosted 20 plus AirBnBs at this point. And I’ve seen a price range emerge, for sure! In this short and sweet post, I’m going to share those price range details with you.

In my experience and on average, I’ve been able to design a super cute one bedroom AirBnB for anywhere between $4000-$6550. Let’s dig into the pricing details:
